Health Data IntegrationIf you choose to enable integration with Apple Health, Sauna Tracker can:Read Heart Rate Data: Access heart rate data from your Apple Watch to enhance session tracking.Write Workout Data: Save sauna session data (like duration and calories burned) to Apple Health.Store Statistics: Store session statistics in HealthKit for a unified health overview.This integration is optional and requires your explicit permission. You can revoke permission at any time through your device’s Health app settings.
5. Data SharingSauna Session DataWe do not share your sauna session data automatically or in the background. Data is only shared if you explicitly choose to:Share a specific sauna session (e.g., via email, text, or social media).Only the session data you select will be shared, and no other information is included.Analytics and Usage DataAnalytics data is shared with Mixpanel, our third-party analytics provider, to help us improve the app. For more details, see Third-Party Access.

Data SecurityWe take your privacy seriously and implement strong security measures:Encryption: All health data is encrypted on your device.No Tracking: We do not use analytics or tracking tools for your sauna session data.No Ads: The app contains no advertising, ensuring your data is not used for marketing purposes.Offline Use: The app does not require internet connectivity, keeping your data local and secure.

Third-Party AccessSauna Session DataWe do not share your sauna session data with any third parties, period.Analytics and Usage DataWe use Mixpanel as a third-party analytics service to collect usage data (see Analytics and Usage Data for details). Mixpanel operates as a third-party service provider, and their data handling practices are governed by their privacy policy, available at Mixpanel Privacy Policy.We do not use any other external analytics services, and we do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties.
8. Data RetentionSauna Session DataRetention: Your sauna session data is retained on your device until you manually delete it.No Automatic Deletion: We do not automatically delete your data, ensuring it remains available for your personal tracking.Local Storage: All data remains on your device unless you enable iCloud backup (optional).Analytics and Usage DataRetention: Analytics data collected through Mixpanel is typically retained for 12 months, after which it is either anonymized or deleted.Deletion Requests: You can request the deletion of your analytics data at any time by contacting us (see Contact Us).
10. Children's PrivacySauna Tracker is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and if we become aware of such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

Any updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through an app update or other appropriate means.
