How do I log a sauna session with Apple Watch?

Open Sauna Tracker on your Apple Watch, tap “Start Session”, choose the sauna type and the timer with heart-rate tracking will begin.

Why doesn’t my heart-rate appear in the summary?

Yes. In iOS Settings → Sauna Tracker → Health enable permissions. To export a CSV go to App → Profile → Export.
